I absolutely adored this. You hit so many of my kinks it's untrue with the wartime setting, reincarnation, adventure, coupled with Arthur and Merlin's absolute need for each other. I loved the colour and the excitement of this fic (and the little nods to Indiana Jones and Casablanca *g*) but the serious subjects of Merlin's depression and the situation in Germany were very well handled. Arthur nearly broke my heart with his struggle to understand Merlin's depression and feeling that he couldn't help him. The pace and action were fantastic and I really liked the way other familiar characters appeared too, in sometimes unexpected places. Basically I loved the whole thing.
