Podfic by lunchee - Intended
Apr. 26th, 2012 10:44 pmHello! I interrupt my regularly scheduled being too lazy to post because OMG.
Lunchee has recorded a podfic for my story Intended
This podfic - okay, so the story is 17k long and spans 4 years in time, and is mostly dialogue, and sometimes there are three people talking, and I am stingy and/or lazy with dialogue tags, and you'd think this would be absolutely impossible to podfic. But lunchee somehow did it, with great flair and finesse, humour and feeling. The character's voices she creates are so distinct and real, and even my crazy-ass dialogue seems to flow effortlessly, and, oh god, Arthur. Lunchee makes him so pitch-perfect throughout, he grows up and his voice changes as he does, even before it "breaks" when he's 17, and - you know, I could gush about it forever, it's just weird because it kind of is my story, even though it feels completely new in her reading. So. Give it a listen. It's a beautiful performance. Leave her love.
Intended - Podfic by Lunchee
Merlin/Arthur, Explicit
Warnings: teacher/student relationship, age difference (18 and 27)
