Loved it! I loved the balance of drama and humour, and the sense of being an 80s action film (I mean that in the good way). I totally buy Arthur just kind of keeping on keeping on, when he keeps waking up without Merlin, like he just goes into this heroic holding pattern. Merlin's struggles with depression were agonising. The bit where Arthur says it feels like someone was protecting him from the hard choices, and Merlin's like, 'Yeah, that would be me' was brilliantly done - complete gut-punch.
